"Special order came through, just took a bit"
I used The Party Source for a special order item I couldn’t find around my area. They did end up getting it in, so that part was good, but the updates were a little lacking and I had to call about it to see what was going on. Pickup was easy once it finally arrived. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not super smooth either. I’d probably use them again if I wasn’t in a hurry...

I was feeling a little frustrated after checking a bunch of other places, but they ended up having the bottles I couldn’t find anywhere else. The site was easy enough to use, and the stock seemed accurate, which was a relief. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

"Checkout was frustrating for me"
In my experience, the checkout process was annoying. I tried to place an order, but it kept freezing right when I went to pay. I had to refresh the page twice and re-enter my info each time, which was a hassle. It did eventually go through, but i didn’t feel super confident about it. The site could definitely use some fixes

"Pretty easy store to navigate"
I thought the store was easy to get around overall. I found what I needed fairly quickly, though maybe I was just there at a good time. A few aisles did feel a bit cramped to me, but I’m not sure if I’m being picky or if they really could use more space.

"Good updates on my order"
I had a good experience with The Party Source overall. I got emails when my order was received, shipped, and out for delivery, which was nice because I wasn’t just sitting around wondering what was going on. One update came a bit later than I expected, and if that became a regular thing I’d probably start looking somewhere else. But this time it wasn’t a big deal, and everything showed up fine in the end. I’d use them again.

"Packaging could’ve been a little better"
My order showed up on time, which I appreciated. The packaging was a bit flimsy though, one corner was crushed and the bottles didn’t have much padding around them. Thankfully, nothing was broken, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end, but I did expect the shipping protection to be a little stronger.

I ordered online from The Party Source and used curbside pickup. The order itself was correct, which I appreciated, and the prices were pretty much what I expected, so no complaints there.

The pickup part just wasn’t very smooth. I checked in and still ended up waiting longer than I thought I would, then had to call again before anyone came out. When I talked to someone, the tone felt a little like I was being talked down to, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be. Not the worst experience, but definitely just average and could be more organized

I found the site easy to get around, at least for what I needed. I was looking for a few bottles and some party supplies, and the search seemed to work well. The filters helped narrow things down quickly too, which was nice.

Checkout was straightforward and I don’t think I had to click through too many extra pages. Everything loaded fast on my phone, so that was a plus. Overall, it felt like a smooth experience

"Inventory was completely off"
I ordered a bottle because the website said it was in stock, and then later I got an email saying they didn’t actually have it. Really frustrating, honestly. If it’s not available, it shouldn’t show as available. I could’ve just bought it somewhere else instead of wasting time. Their inventory really needs to be kept up to date, because showing stuff in stock when it isn’t is just annoying

"Easy checkout, just check payment info early"
I ordered from thepartysource.com and the checkout process was painless. They had the standard card payment options, and the whole thing moved along quickly without any weird delays or extra hassle.
My only small tip for anyone ordering is to take a minute and look over the payment details once you get to checkout, since I wish they made that info a little clearer earlier on. Still, everything went through smoothly for me, so overall it was a good experience.

"Felt ignored after I paid"
The customer service was no help at all. Once I had already paid, it felt like they stopped caring and I didn’t really trust that they were even trying to fix the issue. Support was rude, gave me the runaround, and the problem never got resolved

Not gonna lie, I was happy with how quick the shipping was. It actually showed up a day earlier than I expected, and the box was in good shape. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the tracking was a little slow to update

"Pickup just felt off"
I ordered online for in-store pickup and got the email saying everything was ready, so I figured it would be a quick stop. But when I got there, nobody seemed to know where my order was, and something felt off right away with how they were checking around like it had never been pulled.

I ended up waiting about 30 minutes while they looked on shelves and in the back, only to be told one of the items was out anyway. The whole reason I chose pickup was to save time, so this was frustrating. I don’t think I’ll use pickup at this location again.
